Return / Exchange Policy

When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or credit towards a future GYPO purchase within 30 days of purchase. Item must be in a good, re-sellable condition for return. Any gift item shipped to you from GetYourPantsOn.com may be returned for a merchandise credit that can be used on a future GetYourPantsOn.com order. Refund checks are not available for gift returns. Shipping is non-refundable.

To return an item:

Package item along with your order number, your contact name, address and phone number along with reason for return/exchange and what item you would like instead. Ship to us via UPS or insured parcel post.
